The Open Physical Counselling for admission in few vacant / left-over seats in B.A.-B.Ed. / B.Sc.-B.Ed. (Four Year Integrated Programme) in SIASTE (State Institute of Advanced Studies in Teacher Education) Gurugram / Jhajjar / Kurukshetra will be held jointly on 21 Aug 2023 at SCERT Gurugram.

Venue of Counselling: State Institute of Advanced Studies in Teacher Education (SIASTE), DIET Building, SCERT Haryana Campus, Opposite Panchayat Bhawan, Near Sohna Chowk, Gurugram-122001

Eligibility

1. Candidates who have passed Class 12 examination with 60% marks (5% relaxation for SC/PwD as per Govt norms) are eligible for counseling.

2. Candidates who did not appear in CEE-2023 conducted by NCERT/CIE Bhopal are also eligible. Such candidates may submit their information through https://forms.gle/JfrYeJJovPo5pJ1AA

Guidelines

1. Only the candidate remains physically present at venue on prescribed date and time will be considered for counselling. No admission shall be allowed in absentia.

2. Candidates may download the admission form, anti-ragging & undertaking from www.siaste.ac.in and fill it completely for submission at the time of physical counselling.

2. Bring all original documents for verification and two set of photocopies of original documents along with five photographs and above said forms.

3. In case candidate having passes the qualifying examination in 2022 and 2021, an affidavit regarding gap year will required to be submitted at the time of admission.

4. Selected candidates have to submit the fees on the spot through online mode. (Cash/DD for shall not be accepted). In case of non-deposition of fee on same day, the candidate shall forfeit the right of admission and seat allotted to him/her will be offered to next candidates in order of merit.

5. Hostel facility is available in SIASTE Jhajjar only and for Gurugram and Kurukshetra, institute may assistant in getting suitable private

rooms/hostel/PGs in the vicinity.
